A carbon steel union adapter with dual SAE 37° male JIC ends, the Danfoss / Eaton ADP 4 MJIC 6 MJIC is designed for use in hydraulic, instrumentation, and chemical processing systems requiring reliable inline connections. Both ends share a 0.4375-inch end size, making this a same-size union configuration suited to direct line connections.
Built to Eaton Aeroquip's 2041 Series standards, this adapter carries Dura-Kote plating for corrosion resistance and is rated for operating pressures above standard SAE specifications. It meets ASA, Asme, and SAE certifications, and a minimum working temperature of -65°F supports use in demanding low-temperature environments.

Product Questions & Answers (2)
Question by: Chad H on Aug 1, 2025, 1:53 PM
both ends on this fitting are the same size or is one bigger than the other?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 3, 2025, 12:45 PM
Both ends are SAE 37 degree flare male connections, and both measure 0.4375 inches. So you're working with a same-size union on each end, not a reducer. If you need to step up or down between two different tube sizes, this particular adapter wouldn't be the right pick.
Question by: Ray R on Oct 18, 2025, 1:17 PM
trying to replace an old union adapter, is this 2041-4-6S a male JIC to male JIC deal?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 19, 2025, 4:55 PM
For a quick ID, it is a 2041 Series union adapter with SAE 37 degree flare on both ends, and both ends are male. It is essentially an SAE 37 male to SAE 37 male union.
