This DANFOSS / EATON #16 FP SWIVEL X #20 MP straight adapter features a female NPSM swivel end and a male NPTF end.

Constructed from carbon steel with Dura-Kote plating, this Aeroquip adapter offers design flexibility and superior corrosion resistance. It is suitable for use in marine, military, chemical processing, pulp and paper, and food and beverage processing applications, as well as off-shore drilling. This straight adapter meets SAE 140130 standards and is designed for higher operating pressures above SAE standards. It has a minimum working temperature of -40 degrees. The hex size 2 measures 1.688, and the product width is 1.69.

Reckon this'll hold up for hydraulic fluid in a food processing plant?

Dura-Kote plating gives it superior corrosion resistance, so it should be good in food and beverage processing applications. It's also designed for higher operating pressures than standard SAE fittings.
