Constructed from carbon steel with Dura-Kote plating for corrosion resistance, the Danfoss / Eaton ADPT 14 M ORB 16 MJIC is a 90° elbow adapter connecting a 14 SAE O-Ring Boss male port to a 16 SAE 37° male flare end. This 2062 Series fitting is rated to operating pressures above standard SAE thresholds, making it well-suited for demanding industrial environments.

Certified to SAE 070220, this adapter is suited for use across marine, military, chemical processing, pulp and paper, food and beverage, and offshore drilling applications. The 90° elbow configuration supports flexible routing in tight or angle-specific installations where straight adapters are not practical.

So this adapter, it's got that Dura-Kote stuff, right? How much better is that than just regular steel when it comes to rust?

Dura-Kote plating gives this adapter much better corrosion resistance than standard carbon steel, which makes it a good choice where moisture or chemicals are a concern.
