trying to swap out a fitting, is this one the kind that goes from a 3/8 push lock hose to a 5/8-18 female SAE swivel flare?

Built as a straight brass adapter, it mates a 3/8 inch push lock hose barb (ISO 12151) on one end to a 5/8-18 female SAE swivel 45 degree flare on the other.

The barb end is a 3/8" push lock style built to ISO 12151 spec, so it seats into push lock hose without clamps or ferrules. The other end is a 5/8-18 female SAE swivel with a 45-degree flare seat, which mates directly to standard SAE 45-degree male flare fittings. The swivel design lets you tighten it down without twisting the hose, which saves a lot of headache during install.
