Is this compatible with standard 3/8" fittings, or do I need some kind of adapter?

This fitting has a 3/8-inch push lock hose barb on one end, conforming to ISO 12151 standards, and a 3/8-18 male NPTF thread on the other, manufactured to SAE J476 specs, so it should work with appropriately sized counterparts.
