Question by: Freddie B on Mar 22, 2026, 6:08 AM
got a tight spot on a pipe run, is this the 90 degree elbow with 1/4 male pipe on both ends?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 23, 2026, 12:16 PM
For tight routing, it is a 90 degree elbow adapter with 1/4 inch male NPTF threads on both ends.

trying to swap an old 90 over, is this one a 1/4 nptf male on both ends?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 4, 2025, 7:20 PM
It is a 90 degree elbow adapter with 1/4 inch NPTF male threads on both ends, so it is a 1/4 NPTF male to 1/4 NPTF male configuration.
Question by: Curt W on Jan 19, 2026, 9:46 PM
both ends on this thing are 1/4 inch NPTF male, right? just want to make sure before i order cause i've been burned before getting the wrong fitting
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 21, 2026, 6:51 PM
Correct on both counts. Each end is 1/4 inch NPTF male, and the fitting turns the line at a 90 degree angle. The NPTF thread form is a tapered pipe thread that seals on the threads themselves, so you get a pressure-tight connection without relying entirely on a sealant, though most folks still apply thread sealant as a precaution.
