does this tee come in all three ends as 1/2 inch NPTF male or is one of em a female connection

All three ports on this adapter are 1/2 inch NPTF male. That means you're working with external pipe threads across the board, so whatever you're threading it into needs to have the matching female NPTF connections on all three sides.
