DANFOSS / EATON-CLS10002USL140000ZZ0049500496GS000

Description & Features

Designed for demanding mobile equipment applications, the Danfoss / Eaton CLS10002USL140000ZZ0049500496GS000 is a load sense sectional mobile valve built for precise flow control across a wide range of working machines. Its sectional construction supports both pre- and post-compensated sections within a single valve assembly, allowing mixed compensation configurations without requiring separate valve bodies.

Constructed from ductile iron, this valve is suited for high-cycle mobile applications including excavators, forestry equipment, refuse trucks, forklifts, agricultural machinery, truck-mounted cranes, and marine equipment. The compact form factor is well-suited for installations where machine envelope space is constrained. With a product width of 7.66 inches, it fits within tight integration requirements while maintaining full load-sensing functionality.

Question by: Rhonda P on Apr 6, 2026, 5:32 PM
Will this fit on my excavator, or is it more for other equipment?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 7, 2026, 5:49 PM
This valve is applicable to multiple sizes of excavators, as well as forestry equipment, refuse trucks, forklifts, agricultural machinery, truck-mounted cranes, and marine equipment. Its versatility makes it suitable for a wide array of heavy-duty applications.
Question by: Dustin F on Dec 13, 2025, 3:10 PM
got a refuse truck that needs a new directional valve setup, does this one handle both pre- and post-compensated sections or do I need two separate assemblies for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 15, 2025, 6:01 AM
One assembly covers both. The sectional design lets you run pre-compensated and post-compensated sections together in the same valve body, so there's no need to stack separate units or add extra hydraulic connections to make mixed compensation work. That flexibility is one of the main reasons this valve gets spec'd on mixed-function machines like refuse trucks where you've got different circuits with different compensation needs all running off the same system.
