The 2403 series adapter facilitates a secure connection with its male JIC SAE 37-degree flare on both ends. One end features a 1-1/16-12 thread size, while the other end features a 7/8-14 thread size, both manufactured to SAE J514 specifications. It is designed to withstand dynamic pressures up to 5,000 psi.

Will this here adapter work with standard JIC fittings, or do I need somethin' special?

This Brennan adapter uses male JIC SAE 37-degree flare connections on both ends, so it'll work with standard JIC fittings built to the SAE J514 spec.
