Both ends feature 7/8-14 Male JIC SAE 37-degree flare threads, conforming to SAE J514, making this fitting well-suited for use in high-pressure hydraulic systems where consistent sealing performance is critical.

Is that 5000 PSI rating for real? I'm using it on a hydraulic press that gets a good workout.
