Rated for up to 5,000 PSI dynamic pressure, the 10MJ-10MJ Straight Large Hex is a steel union fitting designed for hydraulic lines requiring a reliable male-to-male inline connection. Both ends feature 7/8-14 Male JIC SAE 37-degree flare threads, conforming to SAE J514, making this fitting well-suited for use in high-pressure hydraulic systems where consistent sealing performance is critical.

Manufactured by Brennan Industries from straight steel, the fitting's large hex body provides secure wrench engagement during installation. Part of the Brennan 2403-LH series, it is intended for applications where two male JIC fittings must be joined without a change in direction or size.

Is that 5000 PSI rating for real? I'm using it on a hydraulic press that gets a good workout.

It's rated to handle up to 5,000 PSI dynamic pressure, so it should hold up fine on a hydraulic press provided your system doesn't exceed that. It's made from steel and meant for high-pressure hydraulic applications.
