Got a 3/8 NPTF port on a manifold block and need to connect a #12 JIC hose line to it, this fitting gonna work for that?

That's what this adapter is built for. One end is a Male JIC SAE 37 Degree Flare with a 1-1/16-12 thread, which matches up to your #12 JIC hose end. The other end is a Male NPTF at 3/8-18, so it'll thread right into that manifold port. Both ends meet their respective SAE standards, J514 and J476, so you're working with a properly spec'd connection on both sides.
