got a JIC 37 flare on one side and pipe thread on the other, is that what this 32MJ-24MP straight adapter is?

On the B1 end you get a Male JIC SAE 37 degree flare thread built to SAE J514, and the B2 end is Male NPTF pipe thread built to SAE J476. It is a straight steel adapter meant to join those two thread styles.
