Reckon this fitting will hold up alright in a hydraulic system running at a steady 4,800 PSI? Don't want no blowouts.

This fitting is rated for a maximum dynamic pressure of 5,000 PSI, so you should be fine at 4,800, but make sure all your other system components are rated appropriately, too.
