Manufactured from stainless steel, the 16FJ-12MJ Straight (Insert Only) Stnls is a straight insert fitting that connects a 1-inch tube OD female JIC SAE 37-degree flare end to a 1-1/16-12 male JIC SAE 37-degree flare end. Both connection ends conform to SAE J514, making this fitting well-suited for hydraulic lines and fluid systems where thread compatibility with that standard is required.

The insert-only design is intended for use with the corresponding nut and sleeve assembly, allowing for flexible assembly in the field. Stainless steel construction offers resistance to corrosion in demanding environments where carbon steel fittings may not be appropriate. Overall length is 1.470 mm, with thread drill dimensions of 0.844 mm at the female end and 0.609 mm at the male end. Supplied by Brennan Industries under their 2406-In series, this fitting carries a California Proposition 65 warning.

I'm hooking up some stainless lines and need the insert for the job. This looks like it fits the bill but want to be sure. It's for a 1" tube OD female JIC to a 1-1/16-12 male JIC, right?
