This forged steel 90-degree elbow features male JIC SAE 37-degree flare connections on both ends. The 05MJ-05MJ 90 DEG ELBOW is part of the 2500-FG series of hydraulic adapters, designed to withstand dynamic pressures up to 6,000 psi.

Each connection features a 1/2-20 thread size manufactured to SAE J514 specifications, with a centerline length of 0.950 mm.

Both ends are male JIC on this thing -- so what kind of fitting do I need on the hose or line side to mate up with it?

Male JIC fittings connect to female JIC seats, so whatever hose ends or port fittings you're threading into need to be female JIC with the matching 37-degree flare seat. Both ends of this elbow are 1/2-20 male JIC, built to SAE J514 spec, so you'd want female JIC fittings at that same thread size on both sides to get a proper seal.
