trying to swap out an elbow i’ve got now. what threads are on each end of this one?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 14, 2026, 6:28 AM
On the B1 end you get a male JIC SAE 37 degree flare with a 3/4-16 thread, built to SAE J514. The B2 end is male NPTF with a 1/2-14 thread, built to SAE J476.
Question by: Bonnie F on Feb 1, 2026, 2:47 PM
what's the pressure rating on this elbow fitting, and is it gonna hold up in a hydraulic line running pretty hard most of the day?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 3, 2026, 12:43 PM
Rated at 6,000 psi dynamic pressure, so it can handle a heavily loaded hydraulic circuit without issue. Forged stainless steel construction backs that rating up with solid resistance to wear and stress over time. For most industrial hydraulic lines running continuous duty, that rating puts it well within range.
