got a hose end with a #6 JIC male on it, will this elbow screw right on and still give me pipe thread on the other side?

On the JIC side, it uses a #6 Male JIC SAE 37 degree flare thread with a 9/16-18 thread size. The other end is a #6 Female NPTF pipe thread at 3/8-18, so it gives you a female pipe port to thread into.
