The #20 MJIC X #20 MP 45* is designed for robust industrial applications offering superior reliability through its forged steel construction. This elbow connector provides a secure fit with a centerline length of 1.590 mm and an overall length of 1.670 mm.

The component is engineered to withstand a maximum dynamic pressure of up to 3 000 PSI.

Featuring a Male JIC SAE 37-degree flare thread type on one end and a Male NPTF thread type on the other it complies with SAE J514 and SAE J476 specifications respectively. The thread dimensions are precise with a B1 drill size of 1.078 mm and a B2 drill size of 1.250 mm ensuring optimal thread integrity and performance.

Additionally the product occupies a cubic inch space of 13.151 making it suitable for compact setups.

Got a 1-1/4 NPTF port on a manifold block and need a 45-degree elbow to swing a hose line off it, will the MP end on this thing thread right in?

The NPTF end on this fitting is a 1-1/4-11-1/2 thread, so if your port matches that size and thread form, it'll seat properly. NPTF is a dry-seal tapered thread, so it forms a pressure-tight mechanical seal on its own without needing tape or sealant on the threads, though many folks use a thread sealant anyway as standard practice. The JIC end on the other side is a 1-5/8-12 Male JIC with a 37-degree flare, which picks up a matching female JIC swivel or flare fitting. Both ends are forged steel, so they hold up well in demanding line work.
