runs on our grain auger setup right now and we been looking to cut down on the noise coming off the pump, this one supposed to be quieter than the standard units?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 4, 2025, 6:50 AM
Reduced noise and vibration is one of the built-in improvements on this Series L2 pump, so yes, it should run noticeably quieter than older or more basic gear pump designs. That's not just a selling point either, the mechanical efficiency improvements that come with it mean the pump isn't working as hard to move the same volume, which tends to contribute to the quieter operation as well. For ag equipment like auger systems, that combination makes a real difference over a long day of running.
