Question by: Denise E on Jul 25, 2025, 9:57 AM
got a setup that needs a check valve that won’t seep on me, is this one meant to help with leak prevention?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 26, 2025, 7:02 PM
Built as a check valve, it’s meant to stop reverse flow so you are not fighting backflow related leaks. The product notes also call out “stop leaks before they start,” along with stability under pressure and minimal maintenance as key features.
Question by: Ralph H on Dec 11, 2025, 9:11 AM
flow rate on this one is 190 LPM, that right? trying to figure out if it'll keep up with our press line without bottlenecking things
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 12, 2025, 12:36 PM
190 liters per minute is the rated flow for this valve, so for most press applications that's a solid capacity. It's listed specifically for press use along with die casting, foundry work, and primary metal processing, so that kind of demand is well within what it was built for.

Reckon this check valve would hold up alright in a paper mill environment? We got a lotta moisture and gunk in the air.
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 27, 2025, 6:37 AM
Designed for applications including paper production, this Vickers valve offers stability under pressure, and it stops leaks before they start.
