Constructed from stainless steel, this NPT male to SAE 37° female straight adapter is built for hydraulic, instrumentation, and chemical processing systems where corrosion resistance and connection reliability are critical. The Danfoss / Eaton VWT Adapter - 8 Cres features a ½" NPT male end mating to a ¾" SAE 37° female end, making it well suited for applications requiring a transition between these two common thread standards.

Part of Eaton's Aeroquip 2022 Series, the adapter carries Dura-Kote plating for added protection against corrosion and is rated for operating pressures above standard SAE requirements. A minimum working temperature of -65°F supports use in cold-environment service. With hundreds of available styles in this series, it integrates readily into a wide range of system configurations.

Reckon this'll hold up alright in a chemical plant setting? We got some pretty nasty stuff floating around.

Dura-Kote plating should give it a good leg up against corrosion. It's made for chemical processing systems, so it ought to do the trick.
