runs at 2500 RPM, but what kind of flow are we actually talking about here? trying to figure out if this'll keep up with demand on a wheel loader setup

At its rated speed of 2500 RPM, this pump puts out 25.5 GPM. For a wheel loader application, that flow rate is well within the range these pumps are commonly used for, so you should be in good shape as long as your system pressure stays at or under 3000 PSI.
