pump says it's field reversible - how hard is that to actually do out in the shop?

Rotation direction on this unit can be changed without pulling it off the machine or sending it out. The internal porting is set up to allow reversal in the field, which means a trained shop hand can handle it with the right tools and a basic understanding of gear pump disassembly. It's one of the more practical features on this Series 26, especially if you're running a circuit that needs to be reconfigured.
