Will this gear pump hold up for continuous use in a hydraulic system on a tractor?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 25, 2025, 11:11 AM
For tractor applications, the Danfoss / Eaton Series 26 gear pump is definitely a solid choice. It's designed to handle the demands of tractors and other heavy-duty equipment.
Question by: Larry R on Aug 17, 2025, 6:07 AM
pump direction on this thing, can it be swapped out in the field or do I gotta send it back somewhere to get that sorted?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 19, 2025, 7:50 AM
Field reversible pump direction is built right into the Series 26, so you can change rotation without sending it anywhere. That kind of flexibility matters when you're fitting it into a system where the drive configuration isn't always straightforward off the shelf.
