what material is this body made out of, aluminum or cast iron?

Aluminum is what you're getting with this one. Keeps the weight down compared to cast iron, which matters when you're working around tight pump assemblies and don't want extra bulk adding stress to your mounting points.

That's correct; this is just the accessory body for a Danfoss / Eaton piston pump. You'll need to source the other components separately.
