What kind of machines would this pump be good for? I see a long list, just wondering what it's *really* meant for.
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 5, 2026, 6:43 PM
This gear pump works well in tractors and other agricultural equipment, plus steering systems and machine tools. It's also suitable for things like compactors and lift trucks where you need reliable hydraulic power.
Question by: Shawn C on Aug 20, 2025, 1:56 PM
pump direction being field reversible -- does that mean I can swap rotation myself out in the field without sending it back anywhere?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 22, 2025, 10:40 AM
you can reverse the rotation direction on-site without returning the unit for modification. That's a real time-saver when you're swapping this into a system that runs the opposite direction from what a previous pump required. Just make sure your inlet and outlet hydraulic connections is set up correctly for whichever rotation you're running before you fire it up.
