Question by: Freddie T on Nov 29, 2025, 11:59 AM
got a steering circuit on a piece of equipment, is this pump the kind folks usually run for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 1, 2025, 6:02 AM
For steering circuits, this Series 26 external gear pump is a common fit in terms of intended application, and it is also used on tractors and harvesters, lift trucks, and auxiliary work circuits.
Question by: Dale P on Aug 15, 2025, 6:33 AM
pump says it's field reversible, how hard is that to actually do in the field, or is it more of a shop job?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 16, 2025, 8:24 AM
Reversing the rotation on this pump is genuinely meant to be done without sending it out. The Series 26 design allows direction change without specialized tooling, so a competent mechanic with basic shop skills can handle it on site. It's not a tear-down-and-rebuild situation.
