reckon this gear pump could handle the hydraulics on my old tractor? It's a real workhorse, but she's getting up there in years.

Application-wise, this Danfoss/Eaton Series 26 gear pump is definitely used in tractors and harvesters, so it should be suitable for your needs.
Question by: Lyle B on Sep 18, 2025, 12:49 PM
pump says it's field reversible -- does that mean I can swap rotation direction without pulling it apart or sending it somewhere?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 19, 2025, 2:56 PM
You can reverse the rotation direction right in the field without sending it out for service. That's built into the design of the Series 26, so if your setup requires a direction change down the road, it's something you can handle on site without major teardown work.
