Question by: Lynn C on Aug 17, 2025, 10:14 AM
pump says it's field reversible, how involved is that process, and is it something a shop mechanic could handle without pulling the whole unit off the machine?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 18, 2025, 5:16 PM
Reversing the rotation on this pump is built to be done in the field, which means it was engineered with that kind of hands-on serviceability in mind. A competent shop mechanic familiar with gear pumps should be able to handle it without a full removal in most setups. The pump itself supports direction change as a feature, so it's not a matter of forcing something it wasn't meant to do.
