Question by: Gene M on Nov 7, 2025, 2:36 PM
pump says it's field reversible - how hard is that to actually do out in the field, and do you need any special tools for it?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 9, 2025, 6:30 AM
Reversing the rotation on these pumps is built to be straightforward without pulling it off the machine and sending it somewhere. Field reversible means the port orientation can be swapped on-site to match your circuit direction. No specialized shop equipment required. It's one of those features that saves real time when you're swapping out a unit on a harvester or a mower and the replacement needs to spin the opposite direction from what came off.

got a mower setup that’s loud and chatters some, would this gear pump help calm that down any
Answer by: Customer Support on May 30, 2025, 9:57 PM
Reduced noise and vibration are a built-in feature on this pump, so it’s a solid pick when you are trying to quiet down a hydraulic setup. It’s also commonly used on rotary and reel mowers, along with other equipment where smoother operation matters.
