Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Curt C on Sep 6, 2025, 8:25 AM
Will this gear pump hold up in a machine shop environment where it might get splashed with coolant or hydraulic fluid?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 7, 2025, 8:04 PM
This Series 26 gear pump is built to handle demanding conditions. With a minimum working temperature of -20°C, it should withstand typical temperature fluctuations and exposure to fluids common in machine shop settings.
Question by: Rex F on Oct 20, 2025, 2:03 PM
We run a couple of these Series 26 pumps on our reel mowers and sweepers. Wondering if this one here can be switched to run in reverse rotation without pulling it off and sending it out, can that be done in the field?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 22, 2025, 1:42 PM
Field-reversible pump direction is built into this unit, so yes, rotation can be changed without removing it from the machine or sending it off somewhere. That makes it a real practical option when you're running equipment that needs flexibility in how the pump is oriented or driven. It's one of the features that makes the Series 26 a go-to for applications like reel mowers and sweepers where setups can vary.
