pump says field reversible, does that mean I can just swap the rotation direction out in the field without pulling it off the machine?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 18, 2026, 10:39 AM
Yes, and that's one of the more practical features on this unit. Field reversible direction means you can change which way the pump rotates without needing to send it out or do a full teardown. It's a real time saver when you're working on equipment where the drive rotation varies by setup.

got a mower with an auxiliary work circuit. is this gear pump the kind folks use for that, or is it more for steering stuff
Answer by: Customer Support on May 17, 2025, 12:53 PM
Common applications for this Series 26 external gear pump include auxiliary work circuits and rotary and reel mowers, and it is also used in steering circuits on equipment like tractors, harvesters, and lift trucks.
