DANFOSS / EATON ACNAR10ACA0040000000000A

Description & Features

Designed for demanding mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits, the Danfoss / Eaton ACNAR10ACA0040000000000A is a fixed displacement external gear pump from the Series 26 platform. It operates across a broad range of equipment types, including tractors and harvesters, lift trucks, compactors, sweepers, rotary and reel mowers, fan drive systems, and machine tool auxiliary circuits.

The pump supports field-reversible flow direction, allowing installation flexibility without requiring additional components. Reduced noise and vibration characteristics make it suitable for noise-sensitive environments, while improved volumetric and mechanical efficiency contribute to consistent performance across varying load conditions. A minimum working temperature rating of -20°C supports cold-climate deployment. This unit is offered under the Danfoss Power Solutions brand.

Question by: Howard G on Mar 5, 2026, 7:49 AM
pump says it can reverse flow direction in the field, how hard is that to actually do, and do you need any extra parts to make it happen?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 6, 2026, 12:14 PM
Field-reversible flow direction on this pump means you can swap the rotation without sourcing additional components. It's built into the Series 26 design, so the reversal is handled at installation rather than requiring retrofit hardware or a separate valve setup. Exactly how involved the process feels will depend on your hydraulic connections layout, but you won't be chasing down extra parts to get it done.
