This Danfoss / Eaton-Gear Pump ASSY is suitable for use in steering circuits, machine tools, and fan drive systems.

This external gear pump features reduced noise and vibration, as well as improved volumetric and mechanical efficiency. It is suitable for use in tractors, harvesters, sweepers, rotary and reel mowers, lift trucks and auxiliary work circuits. The minimum working temperature is -20 degrees. This unit features an extruded body with 1.7 bar [25 lbf/in2] max seal with retaining ring, and field reversible pump direction.

Been running a Series 26 on my harvester for a while now and the direction's gotten all mixed up after a rebuild. Can this pump be flipped to run the other way without pulling the whole unit?

Field reversible pump direction is built right into this unit, so you can swap the rotation without replacing or removing the whole assembly. That's a real time-saver on equipment that gets rebuilt in the field rather than in a shop.

Reckon this gear pump would work okay in my tractor's hydraulic system? Just need somethin' reliable for general farm work.
