Got a hydraulic line running off a 3/4 NPTF port on a pump and need to split it out to two JIC fittings, this tee gonna work for that?

That setup matches exactly what this fitting is built for. The branch port is 3/4-14 male NPTF, so it'll thread right into a female NPTF receiving port on your pump. The two run ports are both 1-1/16-12 male JIC 37-degree flare, which connect into female JIC swivel nuts on your hose ends. All three threads are forged steel, so you're getting solid construction at the junction point. Just make sure your hose assemblies have the matching female JIC ends and your pump port is female NPTF and you're good to go.
