Question by: Chad S on Sep 16, 2025, 8:18 PM
We run a fleet of lift trucks and been looking at swapping out our gear pumps. Does the pump direction on this one have to be set at the factory, or can we flip it ourselves once it's in hand?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 18, 2025, 7:03 AM
Field reversible means exactly what it sounds like. You can change the rotation direction on-site without sending anything back or special-ordering a different configuration. That flexibility tends to save a fair amount of time when you're swapping pumps across equipment that runs opposite rotations.
