DANFOSS / EATON ACMAR049901AA1600510000A0A000B0B

Description & Features

A fixed displacement external gear pump rated for a minimum working temperature of -20°C, the Danfoss / Eaton ACMAR049901AA1600510000A0A000B0B is part of the Series 26 platform and is built for demanding mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits. Designed for field-reversible pump direction, it offers flexibility during installation or system reconfiguration without requiring additional components.

Reduced noise and vibration characteristics make this unit well suited for operator-sensitive environments. Volumetric and mechanical efficiency are central to its design, supporting consistent performance across variable load conditions. Typical applications include tractors and harvesters, machine tools, steering circuits, compactors, sweepers, rotary and reel mowers, lift trucks, fan drive systems, and auxiliary work circuits.

With a product width of 5.12 inches, this pump fits standard mounting arrangements common to the Series 26 configuration. The Char-Lynn brand designation reflects Danfoss / Eaton's established line of hydraulic power products.

pump direction on this unit, can you flip it in the field or do you need a whole different pump for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 1, 2025, 5:06 PM
Field reversibility is built into this pump, so you can swap the rotation direction on-site without swapping out the unit itself. That comes in handy when you're reconfiguring a circuit or if the pump got spec'd for the wrong rotation on the initial install. No extra components required to make that change.
