pump's good for steering circuits on a harvester, right? we got one that's been givin us trouble and tryin to figure out if this'd be a drop-in fix
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 14, 2025, 9:08 PM
Steering circuits on tractors and harvesters are right in the wheelhouse for this pump. It's a Danfoss/Eaton Series 26 external gear pump, and agricultural equipment like harvesters is one of the primary applications it's built around. Whether it drops in without modification depends on your existing mounting and porting setup, but from an application standpoint it's a solid match for that kind of work.

If I reverse the pump direction, does that mess with the efficiency at all?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 6, 2026, 7:45 AM
Field reversible pump direction is a key feature, and shouldn't negatively impact the improved volumetric and mechanical efficiency.
