Trying to replace a bulkhead fitting i busted, is this one male JIC on both ends and straight through?

Function-wise, it is a straight bulkhead adapter with male JIC SAE 37 degree flare threads on both sides. Both ends are 1-7/8-12 thread size and built to SAE J514.
