both thread ends on this thing are 3/4-16 male JIC, right? just want to make sure before i order

Correct on both counts. Thread B1 and Thread B2 are each 3/4-16 male JIC SAE 37-degree flare, both conforming to SAE J514. So you've got matching ends on either side of the 90-degree elbow, which makes it straightforward to drop into a symmetrical bulkhead setup without worrying about adapting one side to the other.
