Forged from steel, this #12 MJIC BLKHD 45* No Nut is a bulkhead-style fitting designed to route hydraulic lines through panels or bulkheads at a 45-degree angle without requiring a separate nut. Both ends feature Male JIC SAE 37-degree flare threads sized at 1-1/16-12, conforming to SAE J514, making it straightforward to integrate into standard JIC hydraulic assemblies.

The forged steel construction provides the structural integrity expected in demanding hydraulic environments. With a centerline length of 1.280 inches and an overall length of 2.440 inches, the fitting is compact enough for installations where space is constrained. The 45-degree angle helps manage line routing in tight or angled panel configurations where straight bulkhead fittings are not practical. Both ends on this thing are male JIC -- so how exactly does it mount through a panel without a nut holding it in place?

Bulkhead fittings like this one are meant to pass through a drilled hole in a panel, and the clamping hardware is what locks it in position on the panel face. The "no nut" in the name just means the retaining nut is not included in the package, so you'll need to source that separately. The fitting itself provides the two male JIC 1-1/16-12 ends that connect to your hydraulic lines on either side of the bulkhead once it's secured.
