(SPRB-12-6) REDUCER BUSHINGS 3/4X3/8

Description & Features

Designed to reduce a 3/4-inch port or fitting to a 3/8-inch connection, this reducer bushing provides a straightforward transition between two different thread sizes in hydraulic and industrial fluid systems. Manufactured by Midland Industries, the (SPRB-12-6) Reducer Bushing 3/4 x 3/8 is a dependable choice for applications where line sizes must be stepped down without adding additional fittings or adapters.

Reducer bushings of this type are commonly used in manifolds, valves, pumps, and other hydraulic components where port-to-line size mismatches need to be resolved efficiently. The compact design minimizes dead volume and keeps assemblies tight and serviceable.

got a valve body with a 3/4 port but my line is 3/8. is this bushing the right piece to step it down
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 2, 2026, 6:48 AM
Built for stepping down thread sizes, it takes a 3/4 inch port or fitting and reduces it to a 3/8 inch connection so you can tie a smaller line into a larger port without stacking extra adapters.

Will this here fitting work to step down a 3/4 inch line to 3/8 inch?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 20, 2025, 6:32 AM
Yes, this reducer bushing is designed specifically for that purpose, allowing you to connect a 3/4-inch port to a 3/8-inch connection. It's a simple way to adapt different thread sizes.
Question by: Floyd C on Apr 11, 2025, 3:44 PM
Got a pump port that's 3/4 inch but my line coming off it is only 3/8, will this bushing sort that out without needing an extra adapter in there?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 13, 2025, 11:30 AM
That's exactly what this bushing is made for. It threads into a 3/4-inch port and gives you a 3/8-inch connection on the other end, so you're stepping down right at the source without stacking extra fittings. Keeps the assembly compact and cuts down on potential leak points. Midland Industries makes these for hydraulic and industrial fluid systems, so it's a proper fit for pump and valve ports where size mismatches come up.
