So, this here is 3/4 on one side and 1/2 on the other, right? Just want to make sure before I order.

That's correct. This bushing has a 3/4 inch MIP (Male Iron Pipe) thread on one side and a 1/2 inch FIP (Female Iron Pipe) thread on the other.
