DANFOSS / EATON QUICK DISCONNECT 1/4 NPT

Description & Features

Constructed from stainless steel with a Buna-N seal, this male half quick disconnect coupling is part of the Eaton Hansen 2HKIG/2HKIL series and features a 1/4 NPTF threaded end connection with a ball lock internal mechanism. The push-to-connect design allows for fast coupling and decoupling without special tools, supporting a flow rate of 2.2 gallons per minute and a minimum working temperature of -40°F.

The Danfoss / Eaton Quick Disconnect 1/4 Npt is rated to exceed ISO 16028 operating pressures, making it well suited for demanding fluid handling applications across chemical processing, food and beverage, military, and aerospace environments. The stainless steel construction offers strong corrosion resistance where fluid compatibility and material integrity are critical factors.
