Question by: Glen P on Feb 23, 2026, 11:59 AM
i’ve got a line where i need to dump pressure back to tank, what ports does this relief valve actually have?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 25, 2026, 7:35 AM
Porting is set up with a 3/4 NPT pressure port and a 1/2 NPT tank port, so it can be plumbed in-line and return flow back to tank through the smaller NPT connection.
Question by: Ray R on Jun 22, 2025, 4:08 PM
adjustment screw being under the cap - does that make it harder to fine-tune the pressure out in the field, or is it pretty easy to get to once you pull the cap off?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 24, 2025, 1:25 PM
Pulling the cap off is straightforward, and once it's off the adjustment screw is right there. The cap just keeps it protected during operation, so it's not like you're fighting through anything to get to it. For field adjustments, it's about as accessible as you'd want on an inline valve like this.
Question by: Rick P on Feb 23, 2026, 9:13 PM
got a skid unit that needs an in-line relief, are these ports 3/4 npt on pressure and 1/2 npt on tank?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 25, 2026, 2:16 PM
Port sizing is set up with a 3/4 NPT pressure port and a 1/2 NPT tank port, and it is meant for in-line mounting.
