what's the port size and thread type on this coupling, trying to match it up to some existing fittings we got on the line

The port is 1/4 inch with NPTF threading on the female end. The push-to-connect end handles the other side of the connection. Ball lock internals hold everything secure once mated, so you don't need tools to get it connected or disconnected.
