VICKERS SV48V0M000

Description & Features

Designed for demanding mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers SV48V0M000 is a 2-way, 2-position normally closed solenoid valve from the SV4-8-C/CM series by Vickers, a Danfoss/Eaton brand. It is rated for pressures up to 350 bar (5,000 psi) and handles flow rates up to 227 L/min (60 USgpm), with a nominal flow rate of 11 L/min, making it well-suited for high-pressure switching applications.

Construction uses hardened and ground steel, supporting durability under sustained duty cycles. The compact form factor suits space-constrained installations across a range of equipment types, including harvesters and refuse haulers, as well as broader mobile and industrial hydraulic systems.

Question by: Earl T on Aug 25, 2025, 2:03 PM
What kind of machines does this valve work on? I'm seeing if it'll fit what we got.
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 26, 2025, 3:50 PM
This Vickers solenoid valve is often used in hydraulic systems on harvesters and refuse trucks, but it's suitable for a wider range of mobile and industrial applications too.
Question by: Debbie M on Mar 2, 2026, 3:49 PM
What kind of pressure and flow can this valve actually handle? Got a refuse hauler application running pretty hard and need something that won't fold under load.
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 4, 2026, 6:09 AM
Rated up to 350 bar (5,000 psi) and capable of handling flow up to 227 L/min (60 USgpm), this valve is built for exactly the kind of high-pressure switching work you'd find in refuse hauler circuits. The body is hardened and ground steel, so it holds up under sustained duty cycles rather than wearing out quick. Refuse hauler applications are actually listed as one of its intended uses, so it fits right in that world.
