Flow rate on this thing shows 178 liters per minute but then I also see 350 L/min listed. Which one's actually the working flow for this valve?

Both numbers apply, just to different things. The 350 L/min figure reflects the maximum the valve is rated to handle through its system, while the 178 liters per minute is the controlled flow rate specific to this configuration.
