This Vickers NV1-8 flow control valve is rated up to 350 bar, which is about 5,000 psi.
Question by: Chad R on May 12, 2025, 6:50 PM
got a harvester that's been running a cheap knockoff restrictor and it keeps giving us grief, would this Vickers NV1-8 be a proper replacement for that kind of machine?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 13, 2025, 8:25 PM
Harvesters are actually one of the listed applications for this valve, so you're in the right ballpark. It's rated to 350 bar (5,000 psi) and handles up to 350 litres per minute at peak capacity, with a working flow rate of 45 litres per minute. For a harvester running a flow restrictor in that range, this unit should slot in as a solid, dependable upgrade over a subpar aftermarket part. It's built under the Vickers name through Danfoss/Eaton, so the quality backing is there.
