Flow rate on this one shows 60 liters per minute, but the description also throws out 350 L/min. which number am i actually working with here?

Good catch, those two numbers mean different things. The 350 L/min figure is the maximum the valve can handle passing through it under system conditions. The 60 liters per minute is the regulated output flow this specific model is set to deliver. So your system might be moving a lot more fluid overall, but this valve is controlling and outputting at that 60 L/min rate.
